2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed for the purpose of personalized outreach, offering products and services, sending information regarding services provided by the company, and performing rights and obligations arising between you and SWISSWEISER a.s. These personal data include: name, surname, phone number, email address.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent given to the controller as follows:
- performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and performance of rights and obligations of the controller under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR
- Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") for direct marketing purposes, if no order has been placed
- legitimate interest of the controller to carry out direct marketing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
Processing of personal data is necessary when submitting a contact form, for contacting you and fulfilling the legal obligations of SWISSWEISER a.s.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making under Article 22 GDPR.

Personal data are processed for the duration necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (up to 3 years after termination of the contractual relationship) or until withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in writing addressed to the seller, via mail, phone, or email at info@luxuriusmotors.com.

Technical measures have been adopted to secure data storage and personal data recorded in paper documents.

By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read the conditions of personal data protection and unconditionally agree to them. The controller reserves the right to change these terms. The current version of the terms is published on the controller's website.
