Consultation
When selecting the ideal model for you, we take into account many aspects that an average consumer may not even be aware of. Our sales representatives will provide you with even the smallest details about the car model, as well as precise specifications and its resale value over the years following your purchase. For our regular customers, we offer the first two consultations free of charge. Our sales team will adjust to your schedule and prepare all necessary documents before the agreed consultation.
Inspection
If you've selected your new car and after consulting with our sales representative you're certain that this model is the right one for you, we are ready to guide you through the next step towards successfully purchasing your new premium car. As the next step in the sequence, we arrange an inspection of your selected car at our business partner’s location. Our technician contacts the seller and arranges a physical inspection of your new car. During the inspection, they will record a video of the car, photograph all relevant documents, check its loan history, and assess the overall technical condition. Our technician will inform you of all findings, and based on these results, you can decide whether the car is truly the right choice for you.
Transaction Insurance
Once the physical inspection of your car has been completed successfully and you’ve decided to purchase this premium car, and you’ve signed all necessary contracts with our company either in person or online, we move together to the next step — finalizing the successful purchase, which involves paying a deposit followed by the full payment for the car. Our company, LUXURIUS MOTORS a.s., is a subsidiary of Swissweiser Banque Privee SE (www.swissweiserbank.com), which provides insurance for our clients’ deposits until the car is fully received by our technician, transported to your home, and successfully handed over to you.
Transport
The car you selected, which has been fully inspected by our technician, is already paid for and now awaits successful delivery to your home. For transporting all cars, we use large covered or enclosed transporters insured up to 1 million EUR per car. Each car is securely fastened and protected inside the transporter from all sides. Additionally, every car is wrapped in foil and sealed if it is a brand-new car.
Car Handover
Your big day D is here — the car has successfully arrived at your home. The contracted transporter will unload the car at your residence and thoroughly inspect the condition of your new car together with you. If everything is in order with your new car, the transporter will hand over the CRM documents, all car documentation, contracts, and user manuals. Your sales representative from LUXURIUS MOTORS will help install the car application, set the correct language, and pair the car with your mobile device. The final step in the successful delivery process includes assistance in activating the car warranty and registering the warranty service with your chosen authorized dealer.
